Something that I would also put on the crib sheet is that the payment provider lost their FCA status around the same time as Excel's contract was terminated by Three Spires.Adam_ said:Snakes_Belly said:Sorry about the injury.

There is another Excel hearing tomorrow at Walsall. I wonder if that is a Three Spires case? It may be that the person has had similar issues.
If your case is adjourned make sure that your costs for this hearing are allowed.
Whilst it may seem at this moment that this is not all worth it you will gain a lot of useful experience from it. You won't take any cr-p in future.

Hopefully you won't still be waiting by the time your hearing arrives!2

Sorry to hear about the knee issue.
Go in strong and determined as you can do this.1 -
Hi all,
So…after spending 5.5 hours in A&E last night, got home for 22:30, apparently had a blood infection from it so on antibiotics.
Attended court this morning…the judge dismissed the case within about 6 minutes of being in there. Stated the claimant failed to provide WS, the barrister said it was sent on the 31st October, the judge denied it.
I asked for fixed costs but he only allowed travel costs for today of £12, tried to gain loss of earnings however he said no, he did say “appropriate response, if you don’t ask you don’t get”
Safe to say another one bites the dust!
Can’t thank you all in this thread enough for helping me through this, honestly such a stressful time but I’m glad its over.
