Excel did whilst they were operating at Three Spires.Coupon-mad said:That's useful to know.Do we know which PPCs used International Parking Systems UK Limited ?Coupon-mad said:That's useful to know.Do we know which PPCs used International Parking Systems UK Limited ?
That's the link to their website.

They no longer process payments as a merchant.
On one of the threads I tried to generate a complaint to the FCA but found out they were no longer providing merchant services. Their membership of the FCA had been terminated but the FCA would not tell me why.

My thinking was that with all the issues that have been with payments that a complaint to the FCA about the merchant might flush out what was going on. Unfortunately they are no longer regulated.

This was about the time that Excel's contract with Three Spires was terminated.

I think you can send an FOI request to the FCA. Use WhatDoTheyKnow.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'll give them a call tomorrow, I did think of doing it today but didn't know if it was an acceptable thing to do, hopefully it does get struck out but for some reason I can't see that happening this close now otherwise I feel I would've been informedCoupon-mad said:
Ring your court and ask if the hearing has been 'vacated' and the claim struck out due to no WS and no fee paid by the Claimant. Is the case before a Judge to strike it out, if not why not, and are you still required to attend?Adam_ said:
Thank you! Will do, I've received nothing from the court to say whether to hearing is going ahead or not so I presume its still going aheadLe_Kirk said:You should point out to the judge - before the hearing proper starts - that the claimant has failed to supply their WS to you in flagrant disregard of a court order and you want their WS to be disallowed as it will surely make a miraculous reappearance at the hearing and they will claim it was sent on time and the court lost it! I'll give them a call tomorrow,No point. Tomorrow's Saturday, they're closed. Try Monday. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

No, you wouldn't. Most courts just let people turn up and waste their time, only to be told their hearing was vacated days before. Phone on Monday.Adam_ said:

Thanks for the help CM, will give them a call monday and hope for the best.1 -
Morning, I’ve just called the court, the hearing is still going ahead. They’ve said the claimant has paid the court fee but hasn’t supplied myself or the court with their witness statement and i’ve double checked they received mine, which they have done.Coupon-mad said:
