Add in the paragraph from the template defence that points out the Judicial Reviews by this rogue industry and the fact the new statutory Code of Practice is stalled, and why Judges should still heed the intention of the will of Parliament.
Remove 'clearly' from here:Clearly showing the solar-powered ticket machines and signage stating the machines are ticketless.0 -
Of course the full name of the Claimant is needed in the headings on all submissions.
And the point being made is that the company is NOT called 'Excel Parking Ltd'.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just going back through emails, my local MP did receive a response from Excel stating....
"I just wanted to provide you with a quick update on your enquiry about Excel Parking.
Amanda received an email from Excel yesterday evening stating that the issue is taking a little longer to investigate and that they will respond within 21 days. Initially on 20 June they had said 20 days, so they’ve extended their estimation. Hopefully this means that they are fully looking into the matter.
As soon as Amanda receives their full response, she will be in touch with you."
I havent received anything since0 -
Just double checking email addresses to send to...
This is what I've found on the court website; Filing and records: e-filing@walsall.countycourt.gsi.gov.uk
I presume it would be this one or should there be one elsewhere?
For Excel Parking this was on their websitePLEASE NOTE: If you have recently received a County Court Summons OR a County Court Judgement (CCJ) relating to Excel Parking Services Ltd, DO NOT use this contact form to get in touch as it will not be answered, instead email directly to:
litigation@excelparking.co.uk
I'm guessing thats what I need to use...I'll add on the email for confirmation it has been received and read0 -

Give your MP a nudge to remind them that this is still not resolved and on one their constituents is being taken to court by an unregulated parking company owned by a rogue ex clamper.
Use the reminder as an opportunity to ask what steps they are taking to ensure the new government CoP is implemented as originally intended by Sir Greg Knight MP, and the direction of the votes of you and your family at the next election will be influenced by whether or not they support the capping of parking charges.I married my cousin. Beware of anything like this from other posters as often information is truncated to ensure anonymity or merely to highlight only the salient points, and omit parts only relevant to that specific poster.I married my cousin. So let me get it right...the header on every page should have...the case number, the defendant v the claimant, the hearing date. Then on the opening page the relevant info still including the claimant and the defendant0 -
No, only the front page needs those headings. Subsequent pages must be numbered.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
