I am not talking about your defence when I ask this:

You've done your witness statement and evidence?  As the NEWBIES thread tells you...

And you mentioned it in June:

"I take it the WS can be submitted later on?"

The deadline is either in your hearing letter or the 'Notice of Allocation' from many months ago, and will be VERY SOON if not now.  DO NOT USE THE EXAMPLE WS BY ROBERT COX THAT'S IN THE NEWBIES THREAD. Best recent example is by @aphex007
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

My witness statement has been drafted but will need to be finalised. I was expecting to receive some form of correspondence from the court requesting it to be submitted, but as of yet I haven't received anything.

I'll double check the letter and have a look at the WS suggested but as of yet I dont recall seeing anything regarding a WS.

Look again at your Notice of Allocation. The Notice that gives the hearing date.
Is there not a paragraph something like:
Each party must deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than [ . . . ] [14 days before the hearing].
    Might be on the back.
Those documents you intend to rely on are your Witness Statement and evidence.

Ah ok i've just spotted on the Notice of Allocation that line.

Damn thats not far away at all. I'll get that sorted asap and refer back here when its ready. Only concern is these postal strikes, as these documents will need to arrive by 27th December.
  • Rather at her than rely on the postie you should email your WS to your local court or even print off and hand deliver a copy. You probably need to email the claimants solicitors as well

No-one posts their bundle. Email it to the court and the Claimant's legals.

But also don't go emailing it to the CCBC admin centre at Northampton where the claim started!

Just adapt the bundle posted by @aphex007

Ah right, i thought the court would need a hard copy delivering.

I guess as long as they've got a copy and i bring the original documents to the hearing then thats fine.

    Adam,

Have you got an image of the entrance to the car park in Backcester Lane at the time of your transgression please? Thanks.
Apologies I missed your message on here from a while. I wasnt able to get an image of the car park entrance whoever i went onto google street view and managed to get one dating from Nov 2020 on there.

I'm not sure if the carpark was in Excels management then though but there are definitely no signage at all on the images

Annoying I've found out from that petition that Excel took over the car park in march 2021 and since I can't seem to find any photos online dated between then and now

Hi all, so I think I've completed my witness statement and evidence now including what I can.

I'd greatly appreciate it if someone could have a run through it to see if it sounds like I have a strong case or its just a load of garbage before submitting it.

    Thank you!

I've provided it as a Google PDF as I dont use dropbox
