Your paragraph 12 talks about a "fine" it is not a fine, rather a speculative invoice or Parking Charge Notice.
In paragraph 13 you claim "never to have received" or "not received" letters. You should explain how you know those letters exist.2 -
Some observations:-"4. The sign board wordings are very (confusion) and not clear.........." - (typo)Para 8 - "The phone on the website does not accept(s) any payment..." - (typo)Para 20 - not sure a valid statement - as written - in view of paras 7 and 10 stating long time (20 mins) looking at signs.
