    MCOL is still not updated with receipt of my DQ response .. should call CCBC or wait ?

    Yes you could do either of those things.

    You have an email auto receipt, so no problem.

    In any case, if the CCBC decide they haven't received your completed DQ they will write and remind you giving you seven days to send another completed DQ.

    Nothing to worry about.

    Long queue been queue for 45mins in ccbc phone call and no luck .. I will wait and see what happens as I sent via email and received AUTO RESPONSE DO NOT REPLY - CCBC AQ Acknowledgment for my DQ questionnaire response mail

    The mcol was updated now it took a month to get updated since DQ questionnaire email was sent to CCBC mail id

    Good Morning. My case has been transferred to local court and got hearing doc as 13th Sep 2022 today . 
    As a defender I have to submit court and claimant necessary documents ( possible witness statement) by 15th July .

    in DQ questionnaire I mentioned I am on holiday from June 25th till July 26th ..

    not sure what to do now

    Yes that is what I am thinking to do as much now , I started already and keep refined in holiday and send via email to CCBC mail box

    No, that is wrong.

    Once a case has been transferred to a hearing court, the CCBC plays no further part.

    Your Witness Statement and evidence must be sent to the hearing court, not to the CCBC.
