The burden of proof is on the Claimant.  You will be averring the truth in your WS and will put them to 'strict proof' of how the signs and payment methods appeared in situ on the material date. 

It's not for you to prove.  You are the only witness in court who will have ever been in that car park so your witness evidence holds a lot of weight.

Looks like claimant have to respond in 28 days

mean time received SAR data from civil enforcement and also their solicitor phone number no email id

I have completed N180 questionnaire. Should I send it to CCBC mail box or wait till claimant respond (28days) and when ccbc notify me with n180?

It is often suggested here that you wait at least until your MCOL Claim History shows that the CCBC has sent you a Directions Questionnaire.

Can I suggest that you keep checking your MCOL Claim History and as soon as you see that the CCBC has sent a DQ to you, you are ready to download a DQ, complete it and fire it back to the CCBC, remembering to send a copy to the Claimant of course?

I am filling DQ in D1 question 
At which County Court hearing centre would you prefer the small claims hearing to take place and why?

I can put my local county court , for reason why shall i mention as DEFENDANT HOME court  ?
or should i need add any more here?
