Did you make any changes to the rest of the template defence apart from paragraphs 2 & 3?  We don't need to check the rest of the template as written by @Coupon-mad just your additions and alterations, although of course the whole template gets sent by e-mail to the CCBC.  Otherwise you just need to sort out your punctuation as indicated above, the space comes after a comma or full stop not before.  I see you have decided to keep the sentence about the debt collection letters.

I have not made any other changes apart from 2 and 3 .. I will send email today to ccj ..

When?  They have 30 days in which to reply. 

Why do you need the details of their solicitors?  Are they using one in pursuing you?

You won't be sending it to the CCJ but to the CCBC!  Don't send it today as we have had reports that the CCBC systems don't function well outside of normal working hours.  Wait until 09.00 Monday morning.  I hope you submitted a SAR not a SARS but as @Umkomaas states they have 30 days to reply.  If you do not hear by then a report to the ICO is in order.

I have now sent defence email to CCBCAQ@justice.gov.uk this morning .. Many thanks to all for helping me in drafting

Good Morning all .. Just a question after sending defence to CCBC mail box , should I need to wait till I get directions Questionnaire? Or download from n180 in gov.Uk website complete and send it to ccbc mail box ?
