    I think the “old” form has actually had a refresh. It wasn’t working last night but appears to be live again now.

    You have to get passed the credit check stage to see that part.

    I've been wondering if the site refresh would result in a purge/review of older pages & forms. I wouldn't be too shocked if "the form" suddenly ceased to be.

    It’s well known that the old systems go to sleep at night, and not indicative of anything other than that things work as expected.

    Yes it looks different. (I loaded it on a mobile, it seems to look the same on the desktop. Maybe they just added a mobile page, I can't recall if it was like that before on a mobile)

    Interesting the old form was turned off overnight, but the main website was not. One would assume they both use the same backend.

    I suggest you remove the photo or edit out the barcodes as both of your accounts can be decoded very easily.
