Next working day usually. Doesn't take long at all.
Give that another day or so, you'll receive an email when it's done.

I think the “old” form has actually had a refresh. It wasn’t working last night but appears to be live again now.0

Does it still allow you to select the sort code etc.?[Deleted User] said:I think the “old” form has actually had a refresh. It wasn’t working last night but appears to be live again now.If you want me to definitely see your reply, please tag me @forumuser7 Thank you.
N.B. (Amended from Forum Rules): You must investigate, and check several times, before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my content, as nothing I post is advice, rather it is personal opinion and is solely for discussion purposes. I research before my posts, and I never intend to share anything that is misleading, misinforming, or out of date, but don't rely on everything you read. Some of the information changes quickly, is my own opinion or may be incorrect. Verify anything you read before acting on it to protect yourself because you are responsible for any action you consequently make... DYOR, YMMV etc.0 -
You have to get passed the credit check stage to see that part.ForumUser7 said:

I've been wondering if the site refresh would result in a purge/review of older pages & forms. I wouldn't be too shocked if "the form" suddenly ceased to be.[Deleted User] said:I think the “old” form has actually had a refresh. It wasn’t working last night but appears to be live again now.1 -

Is there anything to indicate that it’s been refreshed beyond the fact that it was offline last night?[Deleted User] said:I think the “old” form has actually had a refresh. It wasn’t working last night but appears to be live again now.
It’s well known that the old systems go to sleep at night, and not indicative of anything other than that things work as expected.1 -
Yes it looks different. (I loaded it on a mobile, it seems to look the same on the desktop. Maybe they just added a mobile page, I can't recall if it was like that before on a mobile)[Deleted User] said:

Interesting the old form was turned off overnight, but the main website was not. One would assume they both use the same backend.0 -
I suggest you remove the photo or edit out the barcodes as both of your accounts can be decoded very easily.gary1312 said:Turns out that paying-in books are so niche that Child & Drummonds customers have to make do with punter-class RBS ones
