Just noticed that the Child & Co logo and thus brand info have been removed from the NatWest Group’s our brands page…

My now switched out Natwest account was being moved to their Edinburgh HQ. Seems like they're doing consolidation of their internal setup.Marchitiello said:Just noticed that the Child & Co logo and thus brand info have been removed from the NatWest Group’s our brands page…

This is different though, this one of the historic brand that they made effort until recently to keep and that even spent quite a bit of money refurbishing the historic branch in Fleet ST. The branch has now closed but they have confirmed numerous times that the brand would continue, and are indeed still sending Cards and headed paper branded Child&Co so the removal of the brand from that webpage (where Drummonds still appear) is not line with their message ao far.Deleted_User said:

They appear to have met that fairly vague commitment if they've retained branded cards and documentation.Marchitiello said:

It doesn't mean that need to keep the branch, it open to new business nor actively market the brand in any way. It can be left to wither on the vine with other parts of Natwest Group picking up new business.1 -
Yes, it appears destined to die a long, slow death. Presumably the new debit card design at least buys that a few years before it'd be at risk of being quietly withdrawn, but who knows!1

Latest data point:
On my last account review I was pre-invited to apply for an upgrade to Premier Rewards and that triggered a new Debit Card being ordered, which I just received today, still on Child & Co full stationery but the newer MasterCard (ma Visa version was still with 2 years of life).

Lots of reports of Drummonds cards being issued now, so I gave it a go myself and according to Google Pay I have indeed been issued a Drummonds branded Mastercard.

Is that for a new card or a replacement for an existing one?WillPS said:Lots of reports of Drummonds cards being issued now, so I gave it a go myself and according to Google Pay I have indeed been issued a Drummonds branded Mastercard.
Brand new Select account for an existing RBS (Child's) customer, using the old rbos.com form.

Would you be able to provide a link please to that form. I can't seem to track it down.WillPS said:gt94sss2 said:
