Morning all, a bit hard to be cheerful today as my DD had to cancel their two week holiday to New York, due to start tomorrow as my son-in-law has gone down with Covid. She is very fed up as it would be the first Mothers Day she would be spending with her son in five years as he and his wife live in the USA. But life tends to dish up disappointments when you least expect them and hopefully he will soon recover.
Apart from that, its a beautiful sunny morning, and I have a small wash on .When the weather is like this I wash everything I can ,cushion covers, table covers etc so they will get a nice blow on the line.
Hope everyone has a good weekend and
Keep smiling chums

Bern a rough couple of months. Husb had severe stroke 10th January, been in hospital since, seen him 5 times in total.
However looks likely he'll be out early April, my daffies are out, the sunshine means we can sit outside the hospital for my one hour visit. Not sure he'll ever walk unaided again, or fully use left arm.... but hay ho, he's alive!8 -
I am seeing my baby today so today is going to be lovely!
Its been another really hard week at work and I need to spend time connecting with the things that matter. No man is worth crawling on this earth.
So much to read, so little time.5 -
Up early to set up for the sale at my SA. Very quiet today - maybe the weather kept people away but we still raised £340.
Home after being there for 10 hours - tired so an easy evening with a snack meal.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45
