As for 'Lunch and Learn', they've learned nothing so far, so why would they start now?
'Lunch and Learn', could only be about obeying government.
Let us know what the BPA have to say please1 -
I guess that Mr Neil O'Brien MP ..."is not for turning"I'll tell you what he won't be doing ...... guest speaking at a BPA/IPC conference any time soon! 🤫Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Lunch and Learn with sponsor DCBL.
If there was soup I would want to drown myself in it rather than listen to them.

I note that MacMillan Cancer Care is being aided via the conference. I wonder if MacMillan is aware that prime BPA AOS member UKPC's one strategy allegedly has been to target chemotherapy cancer patients as they cannot guarantee when they can return to their cars and their minds will (naturally) be distracted immediately after treatment. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Given the history of UKPC, why do the BPA allow them to be membersUmkomaas said:I note that MacMillan Cancer Care is being aided via the conference. It's companies like UKPC that has created the need for the new code and has now left the BPA fighting for their life6 -
They can't have soup if all their soup bowls are like their promises - full of holes!Snakes_Belly said:Lunch and Learn with sponsor DCBL.

The £19.5 billion loss is based on a sample of just three car parks, (Altrincham, Hounslow and Woking), all of which were Council Owned and managed. Two of which, Altrincham and Woking have now re-opened and the number of parking spaces have increased in each car park. The Hounslow car park has been re-developed into Homes, Shops, Cinema and a double basement car park has also been built. (I'm guessing that "footfall" has actually now increased at all three sites).Umkomaas said:
Are they using the same fingers on which they calculated the £19.5billion loss to the economy? I don't think the BPA is over endowed with people who got ticks in sums at school!kryten3000 said:According to the BPA's press release, their commissioned research estimates 46% of BPA operators would become insolvent within 12 months and 62% by the end of year 2.
I fail to see the downside to this.

Mazars have a very chequered history and I maintain that their COP work for the BPA was at serious risk of compromising their independence when it comes to their audit assignment.
