I just logged in to my account with BG. Still no sign of everything being sorted since moving from Neon Reef. However, I was horrified to see what they are now stating my tariff is. The Welcome tariff was 21.607 per KWh, now 29.923 and the standing charge was 25.664ppd, now to be 57.782!! This is way more than I was expecting. My bill has tripled since Neon Reef went under.Does anybody know where to find out the regional price cap rates as these seem to be way higher than the average Offgem ones.0

See some previous replies above, it's apparently the rate from 1st April but doesn't say so. I'm about to complain to BG about it.

That's because that's what they've swapped me on to automatically. I'm still waiting for somebody to get in touch with setting things up correctly. Whenever I manage to get to speak to somebody, they keep telling me they will be in touch. I've yet to get a bill from them, despite sending in regular readings. I'm already really annoyed about the change to the tariff after being led to believe that it was staying as it was until 31st July.
