Our advice has just been repeating what I'd already told you.  Consistent advice.

I think one poster didn't realise you were quoting your MP's reply because you didn't explain what it was you'd copied & pasted.

We deal with over 100 threads per day, every day, so you need to say what you are telling/showing us.  People don't remember what stage you are at.

I took it with my own interest to phone Gladstones earlier this week and told them how this is really causing me stress and anxiety and depression I showed them my doctors health history and this is the reply
