            Did you provide your correct VRM when you submitted your original request? Regarding your Data Rectification Notice, you want them to amend your Address for Service from XXXX to YYYYY and ERASE your old data.2

            Ok so once this has been done what do I do from here also now they are emailing me. What has Gladstones got to do with this from now on0

            Gladstones is the legal that is acting for the claimant. Did you submit a SAR to Gladstones or the parking company? If to Gladstones, that is where the confusion lies, as they will have no data about you.2
