Thank you, So if there is not a pcn attached to the windscreen of the car is that incompetent ?
Many private car park operators rely on ANPR rather than sticking things on windows.

So how do I beat this scam then ?

you might not, but a judge will decide, plus a judge will decide how much you pay, if anything at all is due

Basically trying to get £170 per ticket

which is why you will defend yourself, get those spurious charges removed and the sum will go down by £70 per ticket to say £100 per ticket , so that a smaller total will be paid by you , if the judge finds in their favour

Why the heck would they contact the BPA about UKCPM, who are not a BPA member?

Or is the parking firm in fact UKPC and you emailed your SAR to the wrong parking company?

Please confirm and if it's UKCPM then ask your MP to complain to the IPC.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Thank you for your email.

Just to clarify before proceeding – have you disputed the debt, as outlined as an option at the bottom of Gladstones Solicitors letter?  This will need to be done before our office escalate to the BPA (I believe UK CPM are a member, as per the BPA website).

    Regards

UK CPM are not BPA AOS members , they are IPC AOS members , so nothing to do with the BPA

  • The advice was to contact my local mp

Maybe so , but if they replied talking about the BPA then you need to point out that it's not the BPA , it's the IPC

  • Thank you I have attached the link of the ipc website and hopefully the Mp can open it as ukcpm are the first to come up
  • I’m sorry ?  I was told on this thread to contact my local Mp about this matter
