Thank you I have emailed the company. uk car park management for the sar and shall continue. Many thanks to everyone and yourself
Did you also send a Data Rectification Notice to the DPO of UK Car Park Management telling them of your new address for service and requiring them to ERASE your old data?  Failing to do this could result in a default CCJ because you will not get a letter before/of claim nor a N1 claim form.

Those are the correct steps for now , apart from not emailing a data rectification notice to the DPO at UK CPM , so email that too

The SAR and 30 days hold notice are spot on

Even if you lost in court , 3 Parking charges plus court and legal fees is less than what they are asking for , perhaps £100 or more under their figure , so fight back , at the right time

For now , email the data rectification notice to the DPO

It is rectification not reflection.  You send it to the PPC who ticketed you.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

But do not include any photo ID such as passport or Driving Licence for this part: -
I am including the following information necessary to identify me:
Enter your identification data here. This often includes information like your name, your date of birth, your address, your email address and so on.
For a parking issue, a copy of the PCN/NTK along with a copy of your V5C should suffice.

I don’t have any doctuments for the car as I sold it years ago
Well send copies of two recent utility bills instead.

  • I just went to the area and spoke with a lady who owns a house in the area it turns out  she has an app and she take pictures of peoples cars and they don’t issue any pcns or any notice of a payment, what an absolute joke it must be illegal to just take pictures of cars and upload them to a database and issue payments also spoke with a few other people who live there and they said there family come and visit them and they receive fines, I would understand if you park there and you get a ticket or some notice but no notice at all is a joke

    Yes: a scam, but beatable.

We know this (uploading covert photos with no PCN given to the driver) is one of the rogue practices that the Government has been asked to crack down on.

The new Code of Practice is imminent, so says the BPA in Parking News.  We will be talking here about whatever gets announced, so stick around and learn.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I wonder if she has declared herself as a data holder for GDPR purposes, had training as a parking enforcement officer and declares all her income to HMRC.  Presses button for tongue-in-cheek emoji!
  • So when I go to court can I talk to the judge about this behaviour and tell him how unacceptable it is
