My heaters are heat store dynamic intelirad aluminium radiator model number hsdI12000.
I can't keep an hourly log at the moment of meter readings.
Switching it all off meant running switches off and the fuse box for that individual circuit.0 -

Posted my metersThank you for that. My meter is a similar Aclara.I'm going to assume that your fuse box has a circuit for your lights, a circuit for your sockets, and then a circuit for each of your 2kW heaters. You confirmed before that with everything off your smart meter read zero.- Would you be able to switch off every circuit except your lights, then check that the IHD is only reading a few watts?
- Then turn on one of the circuits for your electric heaters, and turn that heater on? What does your IHD say then, does it match the 2kW rated power of the heater?
Then try the same with each of the other heaters, and let us know the results.1 -
A quick look at their video.

Or out all-day so on from 5.30pm to 10pm at 20 degrees. That's on all three radiators
So the challenge is - what's causing those spikes ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill1 -
