Everyone I have spoken to, with regard to the stamp swap out scheme, has sent off their stamps and not received anything in return.  Has anyone on this forum received their stamps?

I sent off £94.40 of large 1st Class stamps to be swapped out. I received in return today £44 odd of standard second class stamps. Tried to email them on the email address quoted on the letter which came with the undervalued stamps. Email bounces back as "not a valid email address". I'll ahve to phone them on Monday. I do have a photograph of the completed swap out form which also shows some of the books of large 1st class stamps.
Did they say some were fake? Your experience is not uncommon going by previous posts here.

My experience of 3 separate transactions is that they were correct to the penny on all three.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

My earlier ones were too. Last time, though, they rejected some as fake and their sums were wrong. I haven't sent my last few in yet. Just waiting until they sort themselves out.

I haven't had any rejected as fake.

Mind you, I hadn't bought any of them from ebay at 20% of face value.

I recall at least one person earlier in the thread having had theirs - bought from a Post Office - rejected as fake.

I’ve sent 4 lots in now , all were right to the penny except the 1st lot where I received more back than I was due. none have been refused as fake.

No they didn't. All of mine have been books of stamps I had from doing the Kantar mail surveys. I rang the swap out number today. Got through to a helpful person who asked me for the reference number on the insert they sent me with the stamps. She said she could see I'd sent in 1st Class Large stamps, apologised for the error and asked if it was ok for her to make up the £50 shortfall with 1st class stamps. I should have them in a week to 10 days time. I did expect to be questioned more about what I'd sent in so was pleasently surprised. Just hope I get the correct stamps this time.

Looks like they are short of 2nd class stamps again. I have no use for 1st class. Are they sending out Charles 3 stamps yet?

I read on my favourite stamp blog that KCIII stamps are now being sent to Post Offices so maybe the stocks at the SwapOut team will also change soon.
I need to think of something new here...

I am looking to send my stamps back at last.  All are either stuck into 4 stamp books or have been cut out of a 4 stamp book, but still have the backing from the book on the back, all self adhesive.
Do I just put the loose stamps/books in the envelope with the form as I notice you stick non self adhesive on the back of the form?
I have taken a picture of all the stamps before sending and will take a picture of the form once completed for my records to make sure I get the correct stamps back.
