I've had 35 bags since March
but I've slowed down now & think the novelty has worn off a bit. I had one on Saturday from a local bakery chain and the bag previous to that was the Saturday before.

. Only six for me, I thought it was more!

A new franchised Starbucks opened up near me a few weeks ago and tried out their bag for £5, while food was nice/a treat, I don't think 3 sandwiches and a muffin was worth the original £15 retail price.3

I've used it on average once a week, nearly always Toby Carvery or Greggs. You know exactly what you are getting with the former and there is enough for 2 meals and the amount of food you get with Greggs makes it very good value. I've successfully frozen stuff from Greggs so you don't end up over eating because the food is in front of you.
We've got a pizza restaurant that is highly rated just joined offering lunch and evening pick up so may give that a try and the Toby is now offering breakfast magic bags. Within the last 3 months Id say the number of outlets on the app has doubled so it's catching on where I am.
I wouldn't use it for coffee shop chains as there stuff is expensive to start with, nor a supermarket as there is just no guessing what you might get3 -
The list of outlets has expanded locally too, with additional carveries / hotel bags, SMs and coffee shops. I'm not into hot meals myself but am always intrigued by bakery / coffee shop items. Its a fairly low outlay to get a sense of what is available.
Of course, YS will always be #1 on my listNo man is worth crawling on this earth.

I haven't had a bag for ages but got rid of a load of stuff I wasn't going to eat through Olio this weekend so thought I would try a local Co-Op:
Not bad value for £3.30, but 3 of the items I can't actually eat so will go on Olio this evening. No man is worth crawling on this earth.

I had my first duff bag from Greggs, two packs of yum yums and a ham and cheese baguette. Didn't come to the supposed value of £8 so I complained and get two sausage rolls added. It's a newer branch in my town and nowhere near as good as the other two I use.2

I got one a couple of years ago from a Morrisons daily and it was rubbish so I didn’t bother again until a month or so ago. I got a Greggs one and thought it was good value. I got a local car very one a few weeks ago and got 1 slice of meat and told to help myself to the veg which didn’t look very appetising so just had a few roast potatoes.Seeing this thread though made me look and buy a Greggs one for pick up tomorrow so I’ll have a few happy folks in work on Friday 🤞I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards.
