Yes email them again and tell them to erase the old address.

Is the second case about the same basic facts (car, car park, alleged breach), just a different PCN date?

The second one claims that I’d not displayed my permit - the first was that the permit was the wrong colour for the space- six companies on same site, each allocated a colour of parking spaces. I’d had a new windscreen and was waiting for the new permit. There was a letter headed temporary visitor pass on the dash but they conveniently don’t show that in their photos of the alleged offence.

Classy.  And this industry wonder why the Govt stepped in to regulate their crap!

I've completed the N180 and am sending three copies to CCBC, DCB Legal and UKPC - do all three need to be recorded delivery or just the CCBC? I remember somewhere someone saying that these clowns DCB and UKPC might refuse to sign for anything posted to them as then they can't claim they didn't receive anything. Thanks :-)

NONE of them need to be recorded delivery (which doesn't actually exist as a service - at least not under that name). You can do them via email - please go back to the 12 numbered steps you were following from the template defence thread, post #1.

And if UKPC are using DCB Legal as their law firm then you only send it to DCB Legal.

Ah right, I took that as returned by post.

Thanks, I’ll email them both now.

Im just struggling with all the links and ending up with ten pages open and feel like I’m going round in circles.

I’ll be ok once I’ve completed one - the next ones should be a doddle ;-)

I really don't understand why you needed to ask those questions at all.

In that checklist you were following when you filed a Defence it says...

Fabulous.  Which court?  Good on them!

Chances are you will get a new POC and it will proceed, but you clearly live in a court area where the Judges are fed up with parking claims.

The second case is looking like that's going to court. Sadly I have no photographic proof of the fact that there was a temporary pass on the dashboard - although their photographs do not show that there wasn't!
