Email address and copy to claimant?

Thanks for the replies so far, I've copied the template, deleted the n/a stuff and added my defence. All in Times New Roman, 12 pt and 1.5 spacing (can't do double spacing) - printed off, signed and dated it and scanned. Attached scan to email and added my new home address. All good to send off now? I'll also inform DCB Legal of my new address. Is that it ;-)0

Make sure you are updating the address as a Data Rectification Notice, giving your new address for service and demanding that they (CCBC and Claimant) erase your old address. (Use that specific term).

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1

Unfortunately I’ve not got the shots of that as I lost thousands of pics on a failed iPhone update.0 -
Got a response from the court dated 17/1/22 acknowledging receipt of defence and stating that the claimant must contact court within 28 days of receiving a copy.
I did send DCBL an email with the claim number, my old and new address on and asked that they changed it and deleted my old one as advised above. Today I received a Letter of Claim relating to another ticket but sent to my old address - luckily I have redirection in place. Shall I just email them again and ask that they do the same with this one and follow the guidelines for dealing with this as normal?
I still have a few other tickets in the hands of the debt collection agencies so am going to email those again and make sure that they acknowledge my email this time.
Just to explain as to why I have quite a few tickets - I am single parent and had to drop my daughter at nursery at 7:30am and be at work and logged in by 8am. The journey between nursery and work is about 20-25 minutes. So to arrive at work and find that there was a van with a 'working at ABC or delivering to XYX' or a car that had no right to be there in a spot meant that it was either be late for work waiting for them to come back or just park wherever I could and try to move the car before it was ticketed. I'd leave a note in that said there were cars in our spots and occasionally the ticketer would leave it at that, however some would not and issue a ticket ensuring that the explanation note was not in shot.0
