What do the school have in place to support dd2?

Hmm good q. She has a key worker and the staff are pretty good with her. She has somewhere to go if she can't face lessons.
On the flip side, there are two things I've been waiting for them to do (from Nov and Jan) and the Jan one is the only thing holding up the outcome of the ASD assessment.
Drama a success, stuck on the kitchen defragging because the DW is playing up.6 -
Can they fix the straps too? One of them has been cunningly replaced with baling twine.Watty1 said:
Yes I do. I know it looks bad but it is patchable by a rug repairer. Do you have one you can send a pic too? Just explain you want it cleaned and patched as a second emergency rug in case first rug gets ripped. I've been astonished at what they can do if you don't mind large patches.Alchemilla said:
Honestly it's not funny!!savingholmes said:Lol at homework crisis
Good news on the clothes
It was lovely to spend time with them. Bigorse saw DH and thought he was the farrier, but chilled out when he produced carrots and no new shoes.Karmacat said:Fussing Bigorse and Ponyplops, with a walk in the woods later, sounds a wonderful day
This is her rug, @Watty1 do you think this is fixable?

I would say "Morning" but it is nearly 2pm and we were out of bed shamefully late.
Too much wine last night and I expect little will get done today.
Have a great Sunday !6 -

I'm never sure if I do or I'm just being idle.savingholmes said:Sounds like you needed the rest.
Thanks for asking, he is doing pretty well. No problems so far (touching wood).apple_muncher said:How is dh doing?6 -
You absolutely *did* need the rest - rest isn't just about physical stuff, you know, think of the strain you've been under! Glad to hear dh seems to be doing well - you can burble on endlessly about each little step, you know, apart from your own privacy, don't worry about writing anything you want to.2023: the year I get to buy a car7

Thank you, KC.
I have invited some of his family for his birthday and it is a secret. One of the two is domineering in the extreme but I figure I'll do a nice thing (and get it out of the way before new job).
I did manage to defrag the coffee machine, do the kids' washing and I'm nearly at the end of the eternal dishwashing. I also made beetroot soup, I had a whim to put orange in it but there was milk in it and I worried it would curdle.
DD2 is bad today.6 -
Sounds pretty busy to me. Glad your DH is doing wellAchieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
