Given up trying to dry the washing in the line as we keep having random bursts of rain. It’s not enough to wet it but it’s dampening it. So I have pulled it all into the conservatory and put it on an airer 😊
It’s too hot to do anything and I’m bored …

I’ve been asked to be a pre-reader of a book on OCD written by a psychologist on LI I have come across and then commented constructively on some of his posts. He’s seems to be a genuinely nice guy and I’m kinda chuffed he asked me 😊

KKMade it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!3 -

@Watty1, he’s asked me for comments which he may use in the marketing of the book.@beanielou, that sounds interesting too 😊
Strange night. Couldn’t sleep in the heat and woke worrying about work - there’s nothing wrong in work, it’s just I have a lot to do which triggers some anxiety and the trackways in my head for full blown angst are too well established, so it goes into whirlygig mode at 2am when I wake up and won’t calm down! So I gave up for a bit, opened all the windows upstairs to let some cooler air in and came downstairs and called my friend in Japan. He’s just landed his first ever ‘corporate’ role at the age of 55, which he’s really excited and happy about, and so I found myself telling him to get training in setting up teams meetings, check if he would get a pension and holiday pay, a company mobile etc etc … How ironic! 😂😊 It was a good chat and then I went back to bed, cooler and a bit calmer but didn’t get a lot of sleep so I am feeling a bit ’ugh’ this morning with many ambitions for what I want to do today! 🤷♀️😉
Oh well, let’s see how it goes. Mr KK’s washing is on and I’m dressed and vertical with a small survey under my belt, so that’s not a bad start 😊

Remembered, finally(!), to top up the salt in the dishwasher. Overfilled the funnel somewhat but managed to scoot it across onto a small tray without dropping any. Meant I lost a bit of salt but had no awkward wiping up of salt to do.
Greenhouse weeded, planted up with 2 new parsley plants and 6 baby purple basil and given a good watering. The top in one of my sweet peppers has died which is annoying. If I see another one I will pick one up and swop it out. Peppers never ever seem to 'do' for me.
My baby cucumbers are doing well for me this year and I cut my second one this morningUpdated my produce tracker and I am half way to target for the year. I have my lifted garlic to add to that as well
