    I completely hear you on the masking and how exhausting it is and the food noise.

    Really good to hear about the psychologist session, lots of companies do these sorts of things but there's no follow up or output other than "here, learn something about yourself".

    Thank you - I almost feel like I’m being ‘over sensitive’ or some other such, so it helps to hear that resonates with other people. 

    Totally agree with the follow up being so useful. It also helps that the psychologist has been working with this particular assessment tool for a long time, so she was able to say things like ‘people with high levels of curiosity and low levels of impulse control such as you have, often have challenges with staying focused on one task …’ and such like - that made me laugh as that was soooo me in my twenties 😉😊
