I went to a sound bath last year and I found I was overwhelmed by the noise, so wouldn’t do it again. I’m glad I did it but it’s not for me. I find being outside or at the allotment is my best therapy.

Thanks @KajiKita for introducing me to needle savers, they would make the perfect present to quiet a few friends and family.

I love your needle minder.  Always losing mine whenever I do a bit of sewing.  Which reminds me that I still have lots of un-sewn stuff.  I almost bought myself a pair of PJ bottoms in M&S (I have fabric and patterns for several pairs).

I’ve recently finished a spot of counselling and despite knowing mostly why I was there and what I needed to do, I’ve still benefitted hugely from the sessions. I’d describe it as being given permission that you didn’t know you didn’t have before; granted, in feeling the way you’re feeling.

Always nice to have your feelings validated MissRikkiC.  I've often thought about counselling but rehashing stuff put me off, but when you put it that way I might be persuaded.
