I went to a sound bath last year and I found I was overwhelmed by the noise, so wouldn’t do it again. I’m glad I did it but it’s not for me. I find being outside or at the allotment is my best therapy.

Being in the garden is therapy for me too! Not been to a sound bath but am intrigued to try it3

Thanks @KajiKita for introducing me to needle savers, they would make the perfect present to quiet a few friends and family.Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent

I love your needle minder. Always losing mine whenever I do a bit of sewing. Which reminds me that I still have lots of un-sewn stuff. I almost bought myself a pair of PJ bottoms in M&S (I have fabric and patterns for several pairs).

@beanielou, @ladybird1106, it’s interesting how we all react differently 😉😊
Glad the present idea was helpful @baileysbabe 😊
Better day in work today in that I kept everything in perspective but was still busy all day 😊
8.9K steps in spite of not having time to get out for a walk 😊 Also did some light weights and chair squats in the kitchen before leaving for work this morning. Very good on junk as had no time to eat any! 😂😂
Parish council meeting tonight. Absolutely freezing again but I learned from last year and took a hot water bottle so I didn’t get totally chilled!KKAs at 15.07.25:

I’ve recently finished a spot of counselling and despite knowing mostly why I was there and what I needed to do, I’ve still benefitted hugely from the sessions. I’d describe it as being given permission that you didn’t know you didn’t have before; granted, in feeling the way you’re feeling.Follow here for the daily life of an ADHD mum with 2 children and a new mortgage to pay

11K steps today - managed to get out for a walk at lunchtime. 😊 Discovered that the mum of new starter in R&D that I was walking with is only one year older than me! 😳😂😂😂
Threw some handweights around and did some chair squats this morning. Is it getting boring, me telling you this ^^ every day? I’m just quite proud I’m managing to sustain most of this. 😊
Retrieved the funds from Plum overnight and this morning sent £2K off as an OP. 🤩❤️👏 Thank you very much ex-boss! 😉
Not quite so good … the shoe dirt catching tray arrived and is waaaay too big, sigh, so I have to return that. Ordered a smaller option but I had to buy a set of 3 … Maybe 1 will do for Mr KK’s boots on the other side of the conservatory door 🤔 (we change our footwear via different methods, in different locations…! 😂)
Mr KK cooked tonight so I had some lovely downtime in the sofa with V0yager and tapestry (I would have swept the conservatory floor and added the shoe dirt catching tray to the gardening work station, but sizes … 🤷♀️😉).

It’s my 4th MSE anniversary today 😊
Quite a bit has happened in those 4 years - overall I am a lot more financially secure.9.6K steps, weights and chair squats done this morning. Eating has gone to pot this evening though, after doing quite well yesterday 🤷♀️ Work is getting hectic.
Smaller shoe mats have turned up today. I will try and set two of them up tomorrow.KKAs at 15.07.25:
