Well done on the Mr KK gift giving
Glad you feeling better.DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff. Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

Thanks @LadyWithAPlan 😊
Today’s Big Adventure will be to help Mr KK with the big fridge swop over, wrangle Toscos and a tip run … Ooh, the glamour! Wish us luck … 😉

@KajiKita you are indeed valuable whether currently in a paid role or not; @savingholmes is as ever right. The whole process is taking longer than ever before; I'm hearing this across the piece: new graduates to those well established. You're doing brilliantly and making good use of a bonus period when you can sort things out. Love Humdinger xx3

Love Humdinger xxI think Mr KK and I are both enjoying ‘sorting things out’ - after 5 years we have a far better appreciation of how we want to live here 😊
Fridge is in! 😊👏 Just giving it an hour or so for the gases to settle before we turn it on. I am such a non-housewife, that I am DELIGHTED by having an absolutely spotless fridge with no actual cleaning effort! 😉😂 Though I did have to give the unit frame underneath where the old fridge was sitting a very good scrub to clear the black mould from there … The seal is much better - you can hear it ‘sucking’ when you open the door, so hopefully it will be far more energy efficient. Done the 5 year parts warranty registration thingamee too and politely declined the offer of a monthly payment for further warranty 😉 In the midst of it all, I wrangled Toscos 😊💪
Now having a brew before Mr KK starts on the divider in the cupboard next to the fridge. I am then dragging Mr KK down to the chapel for the pre Christmas get-together - I’m sure that some people thinking I am imagining a husband! 😉😂
