Good news re. the energy refund.  Sounds familiar re Mr KK.  Maybe tell him there was a £25 refund? Enough for fish and chips

When we’ve gone to places with those smelly reed things or stinky plug in things , we tend to put them in a cupboard or the garage. They tend to give me dreadful headaches. Managed so far, not to forgot to put them back. I’d complain once your home about the damp. Take care

All those "air freshener" type things give me a headache and make me wheeze, I would need to remove them. It sounds like they have the reed diffusers etc in place to disguise the damp smell.
