Just a late little contribution on teas. I used to buy Dr Stuart's teas, when working and stressed. I really liked them. I say used to because I stick with Twining's Everyday most of the time now.
Dr Stuart's have a website still but I cannot see where they are established or the origins of the materials they use but they are subject to English Law and part of the natural organic products group. Here's a linkย if you want to look. I especially liked the Tranquility and Echinacea teas.

OS Grocery Challenge in 2025 I finished the year at ยฃ2880.99/ยฃ3000 or 96.03% of my annual spend so I am sticking with a ยฃ3000 annual budget for 2026
I also Reverse Meal Plan on that thread and grow much of our own premium price fruit and veg, joining in on the grow your own in 2026 discussion thread

Well, I am returned โฆ..
Had two nights away, in the north, at a Womenโs Leadership event. Initially I went on it to help develop one of my team who I see as a real future talent, but it was so good, I am really glad I went. Absolutely shattered now after lots of driving, hard beds so restless sleep, LOTS of meeting new people, over stimulation / big noise, new ideas / being confronted with my inherent bias (AI! ๐๐) etc etc . Very glad itโs the weekend now! ๐
Done the online order for tomorrow morningโs groceries delivery and unpacked. I just have to cook tea, wash up, change the bed and have a shower before total collapse! ๐๐
