I would be contacting that court and asking where the missing information is. You would find it difficult to have a hearing with no witness statement and evidence. Is this a straightforward case or one following a set-aside or a rehearing following an adjournment?1

This is the straight forward case as much as I understand. Certainly not a rehearing. The trial is in Sep. Should I wait for a few days in case they send across the allocation letter?

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Hi @Coupon-mad @Le_Kirk and othersWould you be able to provide some feedback on my Witness Statement? I used Wallace's WS as a template. My case is about being fined for parking in my own allocated parking space with a permit clearly displayed. All details and pics are in my WS.Would you kindly take a look at the WS and suggest accordingly. Thanks

You should clarify in para 3 who actually took the photos. If they are evidence from the PPC looks like they have shot themselves in the foot.
In para 5 you should state what AST refers to the first time you use the abbreviation. You should also provide evidence of what exactly your AST says (or doesn't say) in relation to parking and permits.
Are you attaching any further evidence or exhibits to back up your WS?1 -

Are you attaching any further evidence or exhibits to back up your WS?@Not_A_Hope ThanksUKPC took the photos. I haven't got anything of mine. It is all their own pics.I will update para 5 on what AST is. There is nothing in the AST that asks for the tenant to display the permit on the car. No mention of the parking space. There are a few more of the pics that they took. Not sure if I should include all of them?I will make the changes and reupload them for review.

If they took the photos that clearly show a valid permit in place I cannot see how they have a case (unless they are suggesting you broke another term or condition).
Do you need to provide the court with evidence that your AST does not require a permit to be displayed and that this has Primacy of Contract over any agreement with the PPC and their terms and conditions. You only ever displayed the permit out of courtesy not as an obligation.
I would only include photos that are helpful to your defence. The ones you gave shown suggest 'claim dismissed'.

Only include photos that help your case.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2

In para 3, you repeat "clearly" it is only required once, probably keep the second one. The car was parked in "the" defendant's ....... and was therefore de facto permitted to park there due to ........." Keep it as one paragraph because the de facto follows on from having a key fob.3

@Not_A_Hope When I was preparing my defence, it was suggested to raise the AST point as what's not in the tenancy contract agreement also holds value. I am not required to provide AST in evidence as such.In my acknowledgment, I said NO to counterclaim but I can still quote witness costs. right?0
