It sometimes takes a while especially if you sent it after 16.00. Did you receive an auto acknowledgment reply?1

Hi AllI have now been sent the Notice of Trial Date which is in Sep. This is going to be an ATTENDED TRIAL.1. Does this mean I have to defend the case in person?2. Do I just need to wait it out now and be prepared as far as defence is concerned?3. Is defence still required to be submitted online?Excuse me if these questions have been answered elsewhere.Thanks0

Presume you received a notice of allocation? If so, were there instructions contained within that notice, such as sending everything you are going to rely on in , which will be your witness statement and evidence. All this is contained in the Know what happens and when and possibly the list of 12 items from the defence template.1

HiI does not specifically say Notice of Allocation. It is titled Notice of Trial Date. It states that this hearing is provisoinal and is not guaranteed. It talks about thee trial fee and that the claimant has to pay the court trial fee of £27.There are no instructions on witness statements and evidence to be sent to them.0

Have you previously been sent a Notice of Allocation?1
-
No Notice of Allocation has been sent so far. The one that was sent befoe this was Notice of transfer of Proceedings.

That Notice of Trial Date, is there perhaps a paragraph something like:Each party must deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than [ . . . ] [14 days before the hearing].Those documents you intend to rely on are your Witness Statement and evidence.2
