Hi. I have now received the Directions Questionnaire. Should I just say no to mediation and fill it in and post it to the
    1. County Court Business Centre Northampton
    2. Claimant

Is the filled form to be photocopied and sent to both parties or is there an online version of it that can be filled and submitted?
Go back to that list you were following when you filed your Defence.

Items 8, 9, 10 and 11 on that list answer your current questions.

    Hi

I am just filling up the N180 form. Should I be providing my mobile number on it? Would the claimant not start calling me regarding the claim/money? Or they aren't allowed to do that? As this form also is to be sent to them, I am hesitant to give them any information other than what is an absolute must.

    Thanks

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    Hi All
I have emailed N180 to ccbcaq now.
Regarding the claimant copy, Yasmin Mia is the representative on the claim form. I have found these emails on the forum:

    Yasmin@dcblegal.co.uk
    info@dcblegal.co.uk
    Paul@dcblegal.co.uk
    Danielle@dcblegal.co.uk

Should I send N180 to all of them?

    Thanks

    Hi

I sent the N180 yesterday. It has been 24 hrs but it is not showing on MCOL Claim history. Does it sometimes take time to show on the MCOL claim history? My defence took only a few minutes to appear in claim history. I have received the acknowledgment email though.

Should I just wait for it to appear in the claim history or do I need to do something about it?
