Waiting for bloods sounds like they managed to get some out of you at least!
I think your plans for the garden and the move sound very sensible. (And the mortgage means you'll have to hang around here a bit longer! 😁)Mortgage free 16/06/2023! £132,500 cleared in 11 years, 3 months and 7 days

Thanks guys , I’m going home! Not sure when and my
lift is my old workmate who has just delivered nearby and is circling and waiting. I may have to let him go and get a black cab, I don’t feel I can risk an Uber as I need a very slow drive 😆 dh can’t arrive until 2pm either and not all the paper work is done still! A black cab will take out a huge amount of that £400 so fingers crossed!Tallgirl I think I will do the rehab, so much to get my head around, first appointment for hospital is this Tuesday.MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁7 -

Also have you thought of contacting the council (?!or whoever) about anti social behaviour affecting the neighbourhood? If it's a few of you annoyed, they don't have to know who's made a complaint. I think they send letters out first to warn.Mortgage start date Nov 2014 - £90,545 over 25 years

Happy to hear you're getting to go home. Can't wait to hear about all your new pj's.
I honestly hadn't realized that rehab isn't just for addictions. I'm too old not to know this lol4 -
I’m home 🥳 I came home Thursday evening, after a funny turn in the foyer and a trip back upstairs to be checked out and then a nightmare over two hour drive in rush hour, but I’m here!Bed and sofa are both very uncomfortable sadly, I’ve got an almost new mattress coming today from best friend she had spare, hopefully I can bin my toppers and lower the height of our old Victorian bed, I’m almost 5ft7 and can’t get out of it at the moment 😆 dh is having to lift me, he of course is in a agony due to having to sleep on an airbed (a tall one not those thin ones) poor little lamb, I’m really feeling for his suffering right now 😂 All in all it’s ok though, but a longer road ahead and a lot more to be aware of than I could have imagined at the start. That was by choice I guess as I was trying to not get overwhelmed with it all.Bargain hunter, I will look into it, I get a few months rehab at gym afterwards but it’s in the city so not something I will do for long as it’s a trek. With regard to the neighbours, I doubt anything will get done as it’s not “excessive” noise it’s more him talking loudly with his very dodgy mates about rather unpleasant things and attitudes. Plus smoking weed a LOT. Once him mum called the police out and they came in vans and searched his little shed and took his drugs in the early hours and we could hear him ringing 999 asking them to send the police back with what they had taken 😱
Kp perhaps I need pj rehab to curb my addiction 😆
Dh actually asked me yesterday why he had to wash another nightie already 😁 er, because you left them all on the bus of course was the answer! He wants to order more on Amazon, I think two is plenty as they are horrid and I won’t want to wear them after so it’s a waste, now get washing 😬
Had best friend and school friend over yesterday morning, who brought a ton of treats for me and the family, then my parents in the afternoon who brought me two grow bags, six various tomato plants and some cane things, hooray! Dil will sort it all out this weekend 😊MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁5 -
