    I think your plans for the garden and the move sound very sensible. (And the mortgage means you'll have to hang around here a bit longer! 😁)

  • Also have you thought of contacting the council (?!or whoever) about anti social behaviour affecting the neighbourhood? If it's a few of you annoyed, they don't have to know who's made a complaint. I think they send letters out first to warn.
