Oh dear ng, thats really sad. Was it an allergy epi pen issue? Not sure if they are given out for other medical reasons.
Hope mr ng OK, that must be quite personal even though he didn't know the lad previously

That's so sad, his family must be devastated. Your husband did a great thing though. He gave him a chance.
Hope you're feeling okay ish. Id say okay but it might be asking a bit much.4 -
Well a strange turn of events, they had to call this same doctor yesterday while dh was here and he turned around and said the man you helped is not doing well, in icu still! So when he told me originally he said the pens didn’t work so I obviously said that’s so sad for his family, he didn’t say anything else, so he is still hanging in there 😀they gave him a further five pens, so 7 😱
Dh is so happy he’s still in with a chance, I said we should leave our details incase, it would be great to know if he was ok or not ❤️
After that though dh finally took all my washing - special nighties bras etc, everything I need and am not wearing and left it on the tube 😩 mums going out first thing to try and get the bras but I’ll just have to switch to pjs at home as the nighties were dear and took a few days to arrive anyway.Hopefully home today, need blood test but again they can’t any 😩MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁6 -
NG, I know it's not the right response, but I can't help but laugh at the irony that you now do have to buy more nighties after everything we've said to you on here!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

Oh that's good news (if confusing) about the young man. Let's hope he pulls through. What an awful situation to be in though, where the pens don't work.
What a palaver with the clothes! Is it worth asking at TFL lost property? I can't imagine anyone would have walked off with dirty washing, so it might have made it back to them?

That is ironic with the nightclothes I would definitely do ticket. I left my bag on a train 16th April and I got an email saying they had it on the 13th May so it may take a while but worth it.
Sorry about the young man that is very confusing hopefully he is going to be ok.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Hopefully it will be a positive outcome for the young man and credit to your DH for doing everything he can and he has that chance to recover.
Hope you're doing as well as you can be and can come home once well enough. I'm sure you'll recover much better at home in your own space too.June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!2
