😆indeed sc! Mums bought me an attractive maternity button through one in primarni as I only had one , I will try and get the bag back though, so annoying, he now thinks he may have left it on a bus.It was weird with the doctor, he’s not particularly friendly and I just assumed that meant he had died when he said it didn’t work, very sad.Dhs run down was quite shocking, the poorly man/kid really bumped into dh as he left the entrance so a few foot from the desk, receptionist said she couldn’t ring an ambulance and the doctors wouldn’t help he needed to take him to A&E (miles away) luckily when they did come of course they did help but he had to yell at them to call someone down.Had my holiday instance email and was expecting £866 and am getting not much over £300 after £150 excess pp and a huge reduction as I hadn’t updated them about iron tablets and anxiety pills from a few weeks before ☹️ very annoying! So more money to find to pay the cruise balance in October.Apparently I might not need the anxiety pills after recovery as the cardiologist said it was probably caused by the heart issues! I hope so, time will tell 😀
Thank you so much for all the lovely messages everybody, it’s been an unusual mortgage free diary the last few months and not very uplifting 😆 hopefully I may go home today, fingers crossed!MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁8 -

Thanks 😊
Waiting for blood tests now, there’s lots I need to read and look at, need to get an nhs annual certificate as I will be on at least 3 separate meds for life now, as well as going to hospital every other day for the first few weeks for checks and sifting through the rehab stuff. There an online or in person version so ill
do online probably, I’ve had enough 😆
Sc I did have a £500 fund for recovery dh has had £100 for travel and food -limited visitors so I throw him out if anyone comes so he goes to a coffee shop) so there’s going to be a surplus so that can go towards what I need 😬
I want to allocate some money for plants too, dil has been looking at ways of making a herb garden and I want some taller plants to drown out next door, dh had the broken fence the other side replaced while I’m here and spoke to other neighbour who also doesn’t use her garden due to him living in the garden and smoking smelly things all day!So we shall pimp up the garden so I can sit out when he’s not annoying but all in all recent events have made us both feel like a move is on the cards in the next year or so. Hopefully only a small mortgage if we have to (I think we will have to) we want a bungalow or a house that’s suitable forever so we don’t have to move again. So somewhere slightly quieter with a more private bigger garden and slightly less house maybe.MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁6 -
Hope you get your bloods done soon. You would probably be exempt now for paying for prescriptions so ask the dr to sign a form for you. Then you just renew it every 5 years by getting your dr to sign it. Fingers crossed you go home today xx2025 Decluttering 10472⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Glad you are feeling better even if you cannot go home. Please do the rehab stage it is a bore and a pain but vital if you want to get back to where you were and even better. Do you have to make any life style changes such as fitness eating etc? Might be worth thinking about structuring some of that in now in the recovery phase. I like your garden plans, next door does sound annoying if you are looking to sell you cant even report them for neighbour nuisance. Doing the garden up with be nice so you can sit outside. Hope you continue to recover well.Save £12k in 25 No 49
