I loved your post @sugarbaby125 . What an excellent idea to include music when you write your own play, right up your street. 

The Horniman is one London museum I've never visited. I must remember that for my next visit. We are fortunate to have so many free museums in this country. We didn't have to pay for the Museum of the Home when we were there  recently or for Tate Britain. 

I'm still keeping up with the fabbing. Today I've been for an eyebrow wax and tint. I had planned to stay in the city centre and do a bit of browsing but DD1 was coming round so I needed to get home. No matter as I didn't really need anything but I like to look around sometimes just to see what's about. I want to try some Philip Kingsley shampoo but  I couldn't find it in Boots or John Lewis so I'll look online. I don't do masses of online shopping but I do click and collect from my local shopping centre.

We're not doing anything special over Easter either. DD1 brought around a book she's just finished and enjoyed so maybe I'll start reading that. I've read so little in the past couple of years as I mostly get to read when I'm sitting on a sun lounger on holiday!  😎 I read a newspaper daily and I did read Sathnam Sanghera's 'Empireland' but that's not fiction.

Hello Ladies,

Yes Chanie, I too love that the Horniman Museum is local to me. I have been to events in the gardens of the Horniman in the past. Music events and the Jerk cook-out were enjoyed by me and my children. 

Maman, I am looking forward to making my way around the free museums in London this year, now that I can travel for free.

I used to live quite near that museum. I was thinking about the lido that was close to it the other day actually. I don't know if it is still there today.

Happy Easter Ladies,

Thank you for the lovely compliment Maman and Chanie and for the birthday wishes Shelia and Helen. I really appreciate them. 

I had a lovely, quiet, relaxing birthday with my son and daughter at home yesterday. 

All 4 of my adult children gave me money as requested by me for my birthday. 

Hopefully, we will go to Andover next weekend and celebrate with the rest of the family if my daughter continues to test negative.
