Sugarbaby, maybe your sister needs an Epipen if her attacks are severe enough to close her airway?
I'm glad your attack is cleared up.2021 Decluttering Awards: ⭐⭐🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 2022 Decluttering Awards: 🥇

Floss, we as a family wonder why the allergy specialist never felt it appropriate for my sister H to have an Epipen when we all felt this would stop the severity of her attacks and stop her throat from closing up.6

Shellfish allergies can be extremely dangerous. Do take care SUgarbaby. My sister is an asthmatic. Over the last few years she has developed a severe reaction if she gets a bee sting. Being a horsey outdoors type she has to be careful. She now carries an epi pen. Over the last couple of years I have noticed that I now have stronger reactions if I get a wasp sting. The last time I really felt quite poorly, shakes and shivers, nausea. The site of the sting was inflamed and very painful for almost a week.Fibro flare up again......no idea why. Will see if I can book a massage. Having a facial today. Other than that no real plans. A nice gentle day.5

That must have been horrible Sugarbaby.
I used to get hives from fresh strawberries when I was a kid.5 -
I am looking at tomorrow as a fresh start. I want to start doing exercise at least 3 times a week, along with my normal hour of walking outside everyday. I was waiting to move house before I started a new exercise regime but it is getting ridiculous at this point so I have to start now.
I'm going to try and do a 15 minute (high intensity) HIIT workout tomorrow. I'm going to try that before I think about getting a Fitbit as there are lots of free workouts on YT.
I need to start eating healthier too. Veganuary brought out so many new vegan fast food and junk food options and I have been trying them all too much! Lol.
I am going to look for a red dress or a red top to order for my birthday weekend as well. I am going to dye my hair before I go out on Friday too as it needs refreshing as I can see my roots.:)

Sounds like a good plan with the exercise Wednesday. I am managing a few yoga stretches every day now. I'm about ready to increase my activity again, just continue to build up gradually. Funny you should mention the healthy eating, that's my mission too now, stocked up on meat, fish and veg the other day. All systems go.Well I have had a very productive morning. Ended up browsing round the chazzas. Nice to see spring summer stuff on the rails. Bought a summer skirt and 3 tops today.I have ordered a bed which arrives tomorrow and I have arranged for a decorator to tackle the top bedroom. The new bed is for my room and my current bed will go in the top bedroom. It's all coming together.....😉. The new bed is divan style with four drawers .....you can never have enough storage. Lol6

My goodness, our gas and electricity are going up by £1000 😱. We can afford it, but me and OH been discussing ways to tighten our belts. One area I’m focussed on is cutting down the car use, particularly for short journeys - I actually enjoy walking and would walk more, but I drive as I’m normally pushed for time.6
-
Chanie, that is a big increase in the price of your energy.
This cost of living crisis is not a joke and it will impact us all, in so many ways.
I have pre-payment meters (original, not Smart meters) for both electricity and gas. I feel far more in control of my energy usage and I never have to worry about getting bills I will struggle to pay.6 -
@sugarbaby125 so many people will struggle with the increases, it’s awful.
Our energy bill is an estimate and during the last two years, we’ve spent much more time at home due to lockdown. Although I’m working from home, OH and the DC are are school/work, so our actual energy usage should be less.
