Is anyone having an issue with redeeming Swagbucks? I’ve been trying to claim a gift card since last night but am not receiving the mobile verification code texts? I don’t normally have a problem

I've had no problems, had a couple of fivers through paypal this week.

Yes mine has been the same for ages

swagbucks never answer my query about this. I’m sure it’s deliberate so we buy items instead from MR list

Mine was the same today, it is now working.

Yes, mine came back again yesterday afternoon - but it nevertheless claimed not to recognise my Waitrose receipt as being from an eligible store, although I tried it three times.  However, I have just tried it again this morning, and it accepted it.  There's no logic to it whatsoever.

Nothing this morning. I expect it to be slow due to the time of year, but this is the deadest I've ever seen it.

Yes, same here. The texts wouldn't come through, then eventually it said that phone verification has failed and it didn't even attempt to send any more.

I submitted a ticked and have been asked to verify via a company called Withpersona, not yet decided whether I'm going to.

Thanks, how annoying. I usually only claim £5 at a time but completed a game so have £50 to redeem, figured it’s not a coincidence they’re making it difficult…
