Time for a new board for a new year - we never got around to it in 2021.  For starters, here is the FAQ post made by MissPop in 2020;  I have crossed through a couple of things which are no longer extant, and my addition is in italics.

How can I earn money through Swagbucks?

The most common ways to earn more significant amounts of SB are surveys and offers. Many of us find that surveys kick us out after we've completed them (DQ'd), or simply don't credit - the best way to avoid this is taking screenshots of your progress and submit a ticket to the support department and if Mercury is in retrograde you might get lucky and be credited with the missing points. Same applies to offers - take screenshots of your purchase/sign up/whatever you have to do to complete the offer, and contact support if you haven't received your points.

What's the difference between the daily goal and the to-do list?
The daily goal (at the top of your screen) is a target set by Swagbucks, which once reached will reward you with bonus points. These points are not added to your ledger as you earn them - they accumulate and are made available at the beginning of the following month (usually the 5th). You must claim these by clicking your daily goal, and then the blue banner below your day's goal.

The to-do list (to the side of your screen) is a list of things you can do, which once completed will add a small bonus (usually 5-8SB) to your ledger immediately, although they won't count towards your daily goal.

What are instant surveys and where do I find them?
This question comes up all the time - instant surveys appear randomly on the front page, as a green box. They don't appear for everyone and often don't appear for long - if someone posts in the thread "Instant for xxSB" or the like, this is what they are referring to. If it appears for you too, awesome, if not, maybe next time! They tend to pay well for the amount of time they take (generally no more than a couple of questions) and will mark off the Gold Survey item on your to-do list.

Why do the games not work? All I get is a blank screen
This is a common problem, and seems to be to do with Flash. A couple of things may help if you're having trouble (these relate to Google Chrome but may also work in other browsers).

1) On the games page, click the padlock to the left of the URL and allow Flash. Then, after clicking the game and before I click "Play for free", I click the shield to the right of the URL bar and click "Load unsafe scripts" (obviously use your judgement on that one) and then the game loads after a couple of seconds.

2) On the game page, before clicking Play, zoom the screen out (CTRL and - on Chrome) and then click Play.

Happy New Year collectors' bill for 25SB+5SB bonus.

I really needed that - RevU seems to be broken ("Temporary Query Error. Please try your request again momentarily. Do not contact support; we are aware of the issue.") and trying to access Theorem Reach through my bookmark just gives "No further surveys available", and has done for the last few days.  Several of the nCrave links are now "no longer available" and it is hardly surprising that Gold surveys are thin on the ground at the moment.

I got 22SB (presumably because it is 2022) and supposedly 5SB bonus but that's not showing in activity log as yet.

It was 25SB on Christmas Day (the 25th) and 5 SB bonus which does appear on log.

I had search "wins" of 1SB on 7/12/21 and 2SB on 17/12/21.  
[Didn't log in on 27/12 but maybe that would have been 3SB.]

Re claiming daily goal amounts - I think it may now require taking action, clicking on link, from receipt of an email.

It was indeed 22 - apologies for the typo!  (It takes all my brainpower at the moment just to remember which year we are in, anyway.)  Both the 22SB and the 5SB show in my Activity Log with the same timestamp.

I'll amend the initial post when the bonuses come through in a few days, so that I have the wording accurately.

Those 2 search wins were part of the Christmas Collectors Bill, so random search wins between 1 & 12 SB & if you got all 12, you got a 100 SB bonus.

Anyone else struggling today to get anywhere near their daily goal? Yesterday was a struggle too, but today is even worse!

Absolutely - I'm only half-way there.  Hoping that the usual addition of more Gold surveys around 4pm (8am in Swagbucks Time) may yield something, although the rate of SB per minute is horrendous these days.  I only reached yesterday's target by a second search win.

Which reminded me to work through a list of bookmarked search terms, and I just got another 22SB search win, even though the collectors bill is over.

I've even done watch today, which I never do, and surveys for pitiful amounts for the effort required. I'm on 68/94 now.

Thanks for the tip on the second search win - I've just done the same with the bookmarked search links and I'm now at 90/94
