Do customer support read tickets? Yesterday I put in a ticket, not to try to claim swagbucks but to try to find out why I do not get many surveys from the survey page. I am not sure if they might be ones offered through Peanut Labs where I appear to be banned. The survey starts loading and it comes up as a new survey just for you. Then I get the notice that there are no surveys for me. This can happen for many surveys. I asked customer services if they could explain this and gave them full details of what happens to me I can only assume that it is robots rather than humans who operate the customer support.
They do respond to tickets, but straightforward ones like surveys not crediting can be dealt with very quickly, whereas something like your query will undoubtedly be more work for them and probably get pushed to the back of the queue.  Did you get an automated acknowledgement, so that you know they received it?

Thinking of lack of surveys, I have had nothing through Theorem Reach since before Christmas, but today an extra line has appeared on the page to encourage one to contact them to sort it out.  So I have e-mailed the address they gave, and we'll see what happens.

I put in the ticket and then answered the automated email with full details. So it looks as if my question will not be answered as I was awarded points I should not have received.

Molly, strange about the quiz! And thanks for the info about contacting support at Theorem Reach. I've also had "No further surveys available" for ages now, which seems to mean we got banned, but have no idea why so have also written to them and will see what they say.
Daffy, I think Swagbucks support is only staffed by bots and monkeys, and there's a good chance the monkey's either still in training or can't read English. I guess you could try again and see if you get one who can, and in the meantime say (just to yourself) thanks for the late Christmas present with the extra SB.
  • It's about 6 months since I was barred from Swagbucks.  I used to use points earned to accumulate Amazon vouchers, sadly now dwindling.
In view of the time elapsed I'm wondering if I should re-apply to join, maybe with a different email address?
    Advice welcomed and appreciated.
  • My Theoremreach wall is just frozen, I have been able to complete some surveys earlier this morning, but not at the moment, it usually says "No further surveys available" once I have attempted a reasonable number.  I'll go back to CPX Research until it gets sorted out.

I've had this happen before and thought it broke or something, but then one time I just left it and realised it was loading in a giant list of place names to ask my location. So whenever I see it freeze now I just close it because I can't be bothered to wait and then scroll through the stupidly long list of town names!
  • Not been on SB for a while but about to start maternity in 8 weeks and the things i need seem never ending so thought it would be helpful to get some A vouchers.

I have a few download and play games and was hoping someone could advise what is worth it/achievable, i have the options of:

Gurushots: 2000SB by reaching lvl 5 in 20 days
Mafia City:7000SB reach mansion 25 in 30 days
Zombie apocalypse: 2500SB HQ lvl 21 in 21 days
Magic jigsaw: 700SB - collect 7000 coins in 30 days

    Thanks,

    SK

I don't think I've tried any of these ones. In my experience games that require several things to level up i.e. creating multiple buildings and growing/farming/making money etc are always too difficult unless you're willing to spend many hours a day playing or paying for the upgrades. The basic arcade games are generally achievable and relatively enjoyable.
    For example
Solitaire Cruise 20000SB -a standard solitaire game, ignore the 'side' games and just play the standard game
Play 3 tiles 750SB -a standard match 3 game with a slight twist
Numberzilla 750SB -is made by the same people as above so I think this would be easy but it's android only and I don't have an android phone

From the name alone, magic jigsaw may be doable but I don't see this one so I can't say for sure

I haven't done any of those games, but for any that I am interested in I do a google search.

Type in something like "how easy is it to get to lvl 5 in 20 days in Gurushots: 2000SB" and normally someone in Reddit has tried it and gives advice.  I don't belong to Reddit and can still access comments.

They also tell you if it credits early.  eg I have just started Bingo Pop and supposed to credit at level 50, but Reddit says it credits at level 40.
Thanks to all those that post.
