Not sure if this is the place to post, but didn't want to start a fresh thread unnecessarily.
I signed up to Swagbucks using the MSE sign up offer, earn 1000SB in the first 30 days and get 2000SB bonus.
I reached the 1000 threshold with just over a day to spare (The offer was active on my account with the days counting down) and it said that upon completion the bonus would be credited to my account in 24 hours. I'm now over a week past this and nothing has been credited. I surpassed the needed limit in the time alloted.
I can't find anywhere to contact SB and make a claim about the missing SBs. The only thing I can is for activity that the account shows, but this bonus offer isn't an option.
Any one else had a similar issue, or can point me in the right direction please?
Thanks,#157 - Save £12k in 2016: £12000 / £12000

Hi, I've looked around the forums, but this looks like the most suitable place for my question (rather than the 'codes only' thread), but mods please feel free to move it to somewhere more appropriate if you deem fit. Thanks.I've been a Swagbucks (UK) member for several years, and am very much a 'light' user, averaging around 500 SB every couple of months from searches, Daily Poll and daily Swag Code.Last month, I was hit by a request for identity verification, and was asked to receive a code to my mobile phone. The code never arrived, so I messaged Customer Support, who sent me an email telling me that I need to complete ID verification with their "trusted third party vendor". This involves uploading some form of government-approved ID, such as a passport, as well as providing a 'selfie' (the email does not make it clear whether this needs to be a photo or a video). That seems like a lot of personal info to provide to verify an account that I have already been using for many years. The email states that ID verification is required for security reasons - again, if security is paramount, then why have I only been asked to submit ID one month ago, after years of earning and redeeming? In any event, I chose not to follow the procedure, at least then. The email also stated that the link it contained (to the third part ID verification site) was only live for 24 hours once clicked, and that I would need to request another link after that period. I felt as though I was being pressured into submitting the ID & selfie by this time limit.Anyway, this isn't intended as a whinge (well, not primarily), but as a request for further information from any UK Swagbucks member who has recently gone through it, e.g. what precisely does it involve, how secure is it, has anyone experienced issues with either the process itself or with being able to earn/redeem points after completing it?I am unable to redeem my points until I have verified my ID, but I am considering forgetting about my bi-monthly £5 voucher, and closing my Swagbucks account, as I presently feel very uncomfortable with the sound of this process. I'd probably feel differently if I were a hardcore member regularly earning and redeeming large numbers of SB, but a batting average of 250SB per month puts me firmly in the 'small fry' category. However, it could be that I'm making too much of what is actually just a simple, routine procedure. So, it would be great to hear other UK member's experiences of this verification process. Many thanks.0

anyone else fed up with the time waster surveys today that have so many preliminary questions like describing a child hood book then screen you out without even discovering what the survey is about4

At the moment I have 7 surveys on Swagbucks all paying less than £1/hour, 5 of them paying less than 60p/hour and 1 of them paying 10p/hour (24min/4SB)1 -
If anyone was going for 3 search wins a day, seems like it's been dropped to a maximum of 2/day: https://www.reddit.com/r/SwagBucks/comments/18lm8un/whats_happening_with_the_third_daily_us_search_win/
It makes collectors bills more difficult to get, but other than that I rarely go for more than 1 search win a day unless I need a few points to get over the finish line for a daily goal. Another squeeze by SB this year.2 -
In the good old days when it was 4 (bigger) wins a day it didn't need as many searches as it does now for 2 (much smaller) wins a day2

I don't remember if I posted an alert for the Swago which began yesterday (and I still have not found a way to search for all occurences of a specific string in one single board, or even just the latest one) but it needs to be submitted before 8am on Boxing Day.
