I noticed their login page suggests surveys rewarding £4 and participants earning £9 per day both of which seem totally unbelievable.

There are surveys worth £4 but they sure aren't on Prime Opinion.

And Swagbucks aren't even acknowledging "Attempted a Survey", despite my having been screened out from at least one survey before the 100% completed one.

Not sure if this helps, but when I put a ticket in in August this year the email address the reply came from was help@csswagbucks.zendesk.com - don't know if this is still the right one or if you can only use it to reply to one of their emails.

Looks like the In Brain rewards no longer work. The 1sb for DQ was good

it didn’t work at all last week but now it’s not  as generous

I foolishly searched earlier in the day and got the 4 SB, it took quite a lot of searches to get the 24 (I left a little while longer between each of the searches but don't know if that makes a difference)
