Yesterday afternoon, as I was trying to scramble up to my daily target in the absence of any well-paying surveys, I took one which offered 13SB for 2 minutes.  It was longer than 2 minutes - very much longer.  But I got to the point where I did not want to waste the time I had already put into it, because I needed those 13SB.  In the end, it took 22 minutes (I kept a note of my start and finish times).  Without much hope, I put in a ticket;  I said that it had taken 11 times longer than they said at the start, so it should pay 11 times 13 SB, i.e. 143 SB, and asked for the difference of 130 SB.  And this morning, I find an e-mail to say that "In recognition of your valued contributions as a member, we have decided to make a limited exception here. We are depositing a goodwill credit to your Swagbucks account for the amount sought in your original ticket".  It must be Christmas or something!

The option to upload a grocery receipt via the Answer app has disappeared again 😠.  I even tried updating the app since I have a new phone with a later version of Android (on which the app worked up until recently) but no joy.
