Thanks @missymoo81 I am slowly getting there!
Just shopping mobile phone contracts... mine is 3.5yrs old now and keeps freezing. I like the Samsung s22. I don't want a huge phone... but I am going round in circles looking. Think best one I have found is 21.99 a month through quidco with 22 cashback and 6 months free disney plus... the question is where haven't I looked?!

It’s one of the things I hate, mobile shopping. I’m just going sim only now and buying my next handset from Apple. My last contract went up to almost £70 a month. Now I pay £9 for my sim and I’m saving for the next iPhoneLife gets in the way...PADding is addictive...Saving's better than spending...My savings diary - Now for a healthier, wealthier me2026 1p challenge #7 | Cash envelope challenge #01 | SPC #017EF £1000/£1000 | Sabbatical £4520/£60000

I currently pay £6 for SIM only.... at the moment a new contract works out cheaper than the phone (unheard of I know!) Part of me is wondering whether I just run this phone until it dies!Debt as of 29/12/25

Things are ticking along nicely, loan is now at £2k mark, CC is under £300. I'm going to generate a new debt free date once CC is paid off, but I have feeling it'll be much sooner than originally planned. I might even start a countdown. Currently doing GCSE and Alevel marking, dull but the pay will come in handy! Running a 10k on Sunday... wish me luck!Debt as of 29/12/25
