You will be sending your Subject Access Request to Napier's Data Protection Officer.
Hint: why not use email - dpo@napierparking.co.uk
Are you sure their DPO will be interested in your bold text?3 -

They won't pass it to anyone else. You're not dealing with John Lewis!agent17 said:

If you send that to the DPO it is unlikely to do any good as the DPO is only concerned with your data.3

You should use your bold text (minus the bold) by slotting it into the Template Appeal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry, I left this for a few days, just come back to it, struggling to get my head round it and find the template appeal. can you point me in right direction please? And am I supposed to file defence via email or using that online thing?Coupon-mad said:You should use your bold text (minus the bold) by slotting it into the Template Appeal.0 -
I believe that she means the template defence , !ocated in the DEFENCE template post at the top of the forum in announcements , replacing paragraphs 2 and 3 with your own numbered paragraphs , ( because you have a court claim form from the CCBC in Northampton )
You will be emailing the defence as a pdf document , you DO NOT fill in the online thingy3 -
The template defence thread already tells you all of this.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
