Also, I was under the impression from when I did this before that I had to write it all as defendant but I have amended that now and changed to I/me/myself.We are all hoping that you don't get Judge Dack again but with a more coherent WS, who knows, even he may be persuaded to actually pay more attention to the defendant.
I'm just wondering if a complaint can be made against a judge for their behaviour in court. Irrespective of the findings of the judge, if they were acting all "pally" with the Claimants legal rep and appeared to be ignoring or excluding the Defendant who is not a part of the legal profession and so making them distressed or whatever, can that be something that could/should be pursued?2 -
Judges are almost always pally with the reps they see all the time. I've experienced it myself. Still won!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

For what it's worth, I haven't seen Dack listed at Portsmouth for months. Some of the parking ones have been reallocated to Havant also.
Buoyed by my win in Brighton recently, and depending on when it is, I might even come and observe!4 -

To be fair, the witness statement I posted here last time had defendant all over it and nobody mentioned it so I thought that was the way to do it. Also, I believed, my case and evidence were pretty good based on feedback from the good fold here.
I guess if I did this more often I would have been more forceful at the hearing myself instead of just sitting there and taking up the proverbial...3 -

I'd be very happy if it got switched to Havant, the judge there who did my mediation hearing last time (still don't understand why I had to do that when I requested no mediation), was 100% on my side and suggested they gave up their claim as there seemed little point in pursuing it. Shows how wrong he was, guess he'd never heard of Dack

Received a Notice Of Discontinuance today from B&W after numerous offers of settlement. Which I binned instantly of course lol.
Happy days, but they've wasted so much of my time with this nonsense and I'm sure many people cave in and pay up just to get rid of them. It's so wrong really...
Thanks for the help/advice guys, keep up the good work5 -
