It just feels like such a chunk and for actually not a lot of items.
I'm not itching to get round the charity shops tomorrow to search searching out the 'fill the gap' items

On the plus side my wool has turned up, and I've started my knitting. Its the first time I've done a jumper neck first. The increases are doing my head in! Increases are to be made evenly, and when I do the sums it turns out that I should be making a stitch every 7.5 stitches!
What I generally do in this kind of situation is alternate between rounding down and rounding up - so I might do k7, m1, k8, m1 which averages out at k7.5m1

PipneyJane said:Seriously, those who love Snag tights: do they bag-and-sag or do they hold their shape? What is their sizing like?
The sizing is A LOT better than most mainstream tight makes, you have a lot more choice so you don't have to put up with the waistband trying to cut you in half - it's based on your UK dress size, but also you can choose from 'curvy' or 'athletic' so these are tights that actually fit
I can also recommend their 'chub rub' leggings - apart from the obvious benefits, they make very useful layering items under clothing.

Pip and I are on a long-running quest for sheepish-legs!
I've not found any actual wool tights/stockings in John Lewis when I've searched in years, although i once bought some lovely Falke wool ones, but about 20 years back now...
