I need to add 5 coupons too - DD1 has just re-homed my sheepskin slippers in the bin! To be fair, DD2 had taken it into her head to wash them, along with her toms and my trainers, but had left them to dry on an unseated airer in a room that's not currently used, whereupon they went mouldy! Really mouldy, not just a drop of mildew. So the bin was probably the best place for them, and a new pair have been ordered.

Another bit of sewing accomplished this evening. Back in September I found a linen shirt in a charity shop and decided it would be good under winter clothes. I've just rediscovered it (ahem!) and tackled one of its problems by sewing up the front placket so the fraying buttonholes and slippery buttons should bother me no longer. It's now wearable under a jumper.

I had a good look at @Laura_Elsewhere's photo of a shirt where she's reduced the width of the shoulders and am trying to decide how much work I am willing to put in...

Baileys Babe did your OH order the slippers on line or go to a shop? I have been looking at Sheepland for several months. Last month, I drove past where I think the slippers are made but didn't have time to stop to investigate. Are the slippers are true size fit?

😍 today my Mum presented me with a cardigan she had knitted me, this has made me so happy, many years ago she made it clear she was going not knit clothes for adults except herself. I had admired a cardigan she had designed and knitted for one of the grandchildren and said how I wish I had one, a few weeks later GC was wearing it and I mentioned again how fantastic it was and how I would love my own, she asked if I was serious, which I was, that was the last I heard of it until today. It is fantastic and made with so much love, mine isn't identical to GC but has been inspired by theirs, both have hoods and toggles. 

Is the dress wool? If it isn't, it's only 7 coupons.

The cardigan from your Mum sounds absolutely lovely, you lucky thing! I have a hooded cardigan that I wear a lot and it's an old friend. Extra nice when yours is made specially for you by your Mum.

I have some spending to declare, 2 tops (5 coupons each) and a dress (7 coupons) all preloved, I will use last year's coupons. 17 coupons used 39/66 coupons remaining.

I seem to have spent an eye-watering amount of coupons this month, both new and preloved.
New, this year's coupons:
Bra 1.5 coupons
Blouse 5 coupons
Preloved, last year's coupons: 
Trousers 6 coupons
Jeans 6 coupons
Pyjama - only trousers 4 coupons (is this okay @PipneyJane ? pyjamas are listed as 8 coupons)
T-shirt 5 coupons

I make that 6.5 of this year's coupons and 21 of last year's coupons, please can people check if I have both the values and my maths is correct?

2022 coupons 54.5/66 remaining

The shoes were a fantastic find, I had planned to buy a pair of the same brand and a very similar style the next day 😄

We bought them online, with very prompt delivery. As suggested on their site I bought a "size 6 (to fit a size 5 foot). We both choose the New Style Slipper Boot – These feature an additional removable Sheepskin Insole underfoot. A friend recommended sheepland slippers to us originally and has bought the factory seconds for their family, we too bought factory seconds I can find absolutely nothing wrong with them.

Just a bit of mending for me today, my youngest daughters school
jumper,  my older ones leggings and tights.
Sorry for the big picture, I also picked up a lovely little summer dress from the charity shop and have made a start on some home made Christmas gifts. 

I do like the sound of those slippers! The temperature has most certainly dropped here over the last week. Time to get the extra blankets out I think.

Very neat mends, Shellie! Kids are so hard on clothes, especially around primary school age, it's really worth being handy with a needle and thread.
