I've just added another £22 to my savings pot from a FB sale and it was things I had listed ages ago and just kept renewing so it was nice to sell them to stop them cluttering up the place and as a bonus they add another % to my total

Another £5 added to my savings pot today from a reward card bonus for a local shop I didn't even know I had.

Another £105 added to my savings pot today made up of a £5 FB marketplace sale for a board game we never play anymore and £100 from not spending any money on craft supplies.

Me again with a teeny tiny £3 to add to my pot from using coupons on my food shopping today.
Not much but at least it is something I suppose
My total now stands at £1140/£1500 which is exactly 76% towards my totalMortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.020 -
Guess who?
I'm so proud of myself as I have just transferred my Etsy earnings for October into my account (the old me would have spent them) so I have just met my 2nd target of £1500
Since joining this challenge in June I have added a whopping £3505 to my savings account - I am so happy but I'm not stopping there.
I'm going to set a new target of £1650 (so my NEW 1% is £16.50).
Like before my Etsy earnings took me over my target so I'm going to declare the extra in this total so I'm off and running and my NEW total is £373/£1650 which equates to 22.6%
I'm hoping to make my new target by the end of March which might be optimistic but I am going to try
How is everyone else getting on?
