My DD has a flying freehold , it didn't cause any problems when she bought her house 12 years ago. I hope you have the same outcome .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.3

Brilliant news.
How far you have come from squirrels in the loft, remember that?
Hope things all go well. I'm sure there will be bumps along the way, but you can cope, you always do.

Hope you have a good day.Library was good but it was noisy. No matter. I still love libraries. The coffee place was where I was most productive. I had one coffee over two hours...

These "journeys" are taking the m1ck and certainly make it an arduous event to get hold of what's yours.
Work out your fun budget and intermingle it with free days. If the weather isn't great, that's a perfect day for using fun budget, if it's a nice day a stroll with picnic is free (assuming you've food at home to make the picnic).
You'll get everything worked out.Slowly, I think I am getting my head around everything. I am using my budget to mix in with NSDs so I don't get too fed-up

Libraries are precious. I'm afraid I don't really use mine like I should. Last time a went there a few weeks ago it was to pick up some free council pink recycling bin bags......🫣It was a cup of tea not an actual tea, even though in the end I had a coffee, but still really nice...

Thank you
The squirrels comment made me laugh. That was terrible! They tormented me and I couldn't get rid of them or find the money to make my loft squirrel proof. A nightmare! The good thing is the property in the house I hope to get, has a new roof

Today is a quiet one. I am feeling ok.
I am enjoying the new green tea regime. I have a selection, all loose teas. The best one so far is a gunpowder green tea. Really nice...

Can't do anything over the weekend and that is fine
My treat tomorrow is the cinema. I will see Oppenheimer. I have a membership so will be using 2 of my free tickets. My friend will buy our wine/coffee/food so a nice weekend treat with minimal outlay
Rest of the today will be reading in the garden, cooking and buying red onions to have a go at making sliced pink pickles
Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend. Feeling quite autumnal in my part of the country...

Good news that the flying freehold probably isn't an issue. Hope you enjoy your day tomorrow."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee2

I hope you enjoy Oppenheimer. My DD really liked it. My cinema buddy doesn't fancy it - I think because it's quite a long film and she's having some aches and pains lately when she sits for a long time without getting up. So I think I'll wait till it can be streamed. 😀Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

It's easy to worry about something when you've never had experience of it before.
Hope you enjoyed the film and resting in the garden.
Good luck with the frogs. While nothing can be done on the weekends, where it's just chasing by email, send it so it's ready for them on the Monday, frees up time to focus on other items.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.4
